Ekutholeni lesisicelo i-PJEC iyobe seyiqhubeka nokuphenya izicelo njengoba ingabona kufanelengokwamandla nemisebenzi yayo bese ihlaziya izicelonjengoba kubekwe ngaphansi kwesigaba- C 3.4. bese izama ukuthola isiphetho.
